Piscines Soucy, a well-established company in Québec for over 60 years, wanted to modernize its online presence to better serve its customers and centralize its digital tools.
Their challenge: an outdated website that was difficult to manage and a separate online store that didn’t reflect their full range of products and services.
A Fragmented Digital Experience
Before our intervention, Piscines Soucy was facing:
- An aging website, with limited flexibility for updates.
- A separate Shopify store that was incomplete and not integrated with the main site.
- A disjointed user experience and lack of tools to efficiently generate quotes or service requests.
Our mission: to unify their digital presence with a modern, high-performing, and user-friendly platform.
Our Two-Phase Approach
- Strategy and UX Design
We began with collaborative workshops to fully understand Piscines Soucy’s business goals and user needs.
From there, our UX specialist and marketing strategist mapped out an optimized user journey tailored to the company’s key personas — making it easier for visitors to discover products and request services. - Development and Shopify Integration
Once the strategy was defined, our development team modernized the Shopify store and integrated all legacy website content directly into the platform.
The result: a unified, seamless site aligned with the optimized user journeys.
We also built custom service request forms to simplify appointment bookings for seasonal services.
