Working at Ciao is a source of pride!

Being part of a dynamic, friendly, and supportive team helps us to  be fully engaged, feel valued, and collaborate in a stimulating and creative environment.

Marie-Noëlle has been part of the Inclusive Digital Studio development team for four years. She primarily works on  *Addio Commerce* , Ciao’s e-commerce solution designed for customers with more specific needs. It’s a project she helped build with her team and continues to contribute to with enthusiasm and pride.

Working from the office gives Marie-Noëlle the chance to collaborate closely with her teammates. At Ciao, we believe in flexibility—our employees can choose whether to work from home or at the office. That said, the studio team often sees each other in person.

For Marie-Noëlle, being able to connect with her colleagues in the office enhances the joy of collaboration and provides valuable opportunities for constructive feedback and fresh perspectives—something that ultimately helps improve the quality of our work at Ciao.

**How about you?** Are you also looking for the most dynamic and friendliest team in Québec?
[It's this way](https://ciao.ca/carriere)**!  Say Ciao to your boss!**
