Urgences-santé mandated Ciao's Inclusive Digital Studio to develop a new hospital designation system (SDDH). This decision support system, integrated with the computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, uses more than 27 criteria to designate the optimal hospital for each patient, taking into account their condition, hospital capacities and the fluidity of the network. Developed in close collaboration with Urgences-santé in an Agile context, the SDDH was put into production in May 2025.
